Washington County allows spotlighting for coyote, red fox, striped skunk, raccoon, or jackrabbit with a permit. The county ordinance can be found HERE.
Hunters wishing to obtain a permit are expected to have read and understood the County Code referenced above, and to be compliant at all times with this code as well as all other relevant laws.
The county uses a third party for the financial transaction, once payment is received a permit will be mailed to you.
