Elizabeth Carol Celeste Chatman

Elizabeth was a 32 year old African American female, approximately 5’5″ and 170 lbs.
Elizabeth had several tattoos, most recognizably, a large anatomically correct heart on the center of her chest.
Other tattoos were FLOWERS on her back, a sleeve of flowers on her left arm, a SKULL on her right ankle; and a heart with flowers on her right arm.

Elizabeth left Oklahoma City to travel to Las Vegas, NV in July.  She arrived in Las Vegas on July 9th or 10th.  She used craiglist.com to post and search for places to stay while she was in Las Vegas.
Elizabeth was last seen near the Luxor hotel in last Vegas.  She also was known to use craigslist for rides, and was seeking to travel to other locations, including Portland Oregon.  She went by Elizabeth, Liz, and Eli during this time.  Elizabeth was located in a remote area near St George UT in late August 2017.
