On November 9th inmates from Purgatory Correctional Facility planted over 20 rose bushes and trees, and installed a drip irrigation system at the Children’s Justice Center in St George. Six inmates overcame hard ground and rainy weather which made conditions challenging for the crew while installing the plants.
