To remember those who have lost their lives to addiction.
To celebrate those in recovery.
To support those still fighting.
As we all work hard to assist our community in ridding the world of addiction and the criminal like behaviors that it often fosters; we sometimes feel like we are fighting a losing battle. Many of us, unfortunately, are faced with loss, and even more difficult is the fact that we work with families who have lost a loved one to this seemingly hopeless disease.
The Adult Substance Abuse Alumni of Southwest Behavioral Health Center has planned a Candle Light Vigil on April 3rd, 2015 to honor those we have lost, those who are living a life of recovery, and some who unfortunately still suffer with addiction. The Adult Substance Abuse Alumni would like to personally invite the Southern Utah community to attend this vigil.
Please join and light a candle to honor those who have been affected by the disease of addiction, but also so that you can see the positive results of the work you do as we will have many present that are active in Long Term Recovery.
