Online Court Assistance Program– Filing for orders of protection are done online.
You will create a user name and password. Then choose your desired protection from abuse and it will walk you through a series of narrative questions and auto fill the paperwork for you. When you are finished download the documents to your desk top as a PDF and email them to stgprovidereports@utcourts.gov In the subject line list your name and protective order. In the body of the email list your name, phone, address and email address.
The court will email you when and if the Judge approves the temporary order and it will include a date for the initial hearing. Please email me at amie@washeriff.net the date of the hearing if you would like my support in court.
